Why are Adidas Campus 00s so tight inside, and what size should you choose?
The Adidas Campus 00s model is inspired by noughties skate culture. This means the shoe has the iconic wide shape, thick laces, and an extremely padded (puffy) tongue. It is precisely because of this massive internal padding that many people encounter a problem – when ordering their usual size, the shoe feels incredibly tight and presses on the instep.
📐 Sizing Chart: How to order Campus 00s for your foot
| Foot Type | Size Selection Recommendation | How the shoe fits |
| Narrow foot | True to Size (TTS) - Your usual size. | The shoe will initially feel tighter around the instep, but the tongue padding will soften slightly after a few days. |
| Normal foot | Go half size up. | The ideal choice. You'll get enough room for your toes, but the shoe won't slip off your heel. |
| Wider foot / Higher instep | Go half size up / a full size up. | The thick tongue takes up a lot of space in the shoe. Going half to a full size up will ensure maximum comfort. |
