Has a defect appeared on your sneakers? We're sorry to hear that. Even though we carefully inspect every item before shipping, a technical error can sometimes occur. Let's solve this together.
How to proceed with a complaint?
To initiate a complaint, simply follow these steps:

Go to the form below 👇 Scroll to the bottom of this page, where you'll find the complaint form.

Fill in the required information 📝 Enter your contact details, order number, and a detailed description of the defect into the form. All instructions on where and how to send the goods can be found directly in this form or will arrive after you submit it.

Send the goods to us 📦 We assess each complaint individually based on a physical inspection of the delivered goods. Please send the shoes for complaint clean and hygienically sound.
Important warranty information

Warranty period: All new goods come with a statutory warranty period of 24 months.

Resolution period: We have 30 days by law to resolve a complaint, but we strive to resolve everything as quickly as possible.

What the warranty does not cover: The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear caused by wearing, improper maintenance, or mechanical damage.
