Returns and size exchange

Does the size not fit or do the sneakers look different in real life? No problem. You have a 14-day period from receiving the package to return unworn goods.

How to proceed? (Step by step)

  1. Submit a request in your profile 👤 Click on the profile icon in the menu on any page of our website. Log in with the email you used for the order (you will receive a one-time code). Find your order and click on "Return".

  2. Wait for our approval 📩 We will check your request in the system. Once approved, you will receive confirmation and detailed instructions via email on how to prepare the package and where to deliver it.

  3. Pack and ship 📦 Pack the sneakers so that the original box is not damaged (use foil or another box). Please do not send the goods before you receive shipping instructions via email.

Important return conditions

  • Condition of goods: Sneakers must be unworn, in their original condition, with tags, and in the original undamaged box. For limited sneakers, the box is part of the product's value.

  • Refund period: We will refund the money to your account within 10 business days at the latest from the moment the package arrives and we inspect it.

  • Package protection: Please do not stick adhesive tape or shipping labels directly onto the original shoe box. Always use additional packaging material.

Need a different size?

The quickest way is to return the shoes using the procedure above and create a new order on the website for the correct size. This ensures that the desired model will still be available.
