How can I order?

Is it possible to place an order without registration?
Yes, registration is not required. All order information will be sent to your email address.
Can the order be cancelled?
Yes, the order can be cancelled. Just contact us as soon as possible at info@purekickz.cz

How to change the shipping or payment method after placing the order?
If you wish to change the method of transport or payment after sending the order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@purekickz.cz. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Why can't I choose cash on delivery when paying?
Unfortunately, some products cannot be ordered cash on delivery and can only be paid in advance by card or bank transfer. If you have no other option, contact us here and we will work something out.

Are all products original?
Yes, all our products are original. Our team always checks the product to make sure it is an original piece without any defects. You can read more on the Guarantee of originality page.
Why are prices different for different sizes?
Each size has a different demand and is differently limited. There are many factors that affect the price. However, we try to give the lowest possible price for each product so that the customer is satisfied.
How to choose the right size?
To choose the right size, you can use the "Size Chart" or contact us and we will be happy to advise you.
Shipping and payment
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer payment by card, bank transfer or, for example, Apple Pay. For goods up to the value of CZK 6,000, you can pay cash on delivery.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
You will receive 90% of orders within 2-3 working days. If it is a more limited item, the delivery time can be up to 14 days. However, we usually deliver even these orders within 5 working days.
Return and exchange of goods
Can I return purchased goods?
Yes, we have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it. To be able to return an item, it must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You can read more here .
The size does not fit me, can I exchange it?
Yes, of course. If you want a different size, just contact us at info@purekickz.cz and we will be happy to solve everything with you.
How long will it take for you to refund me for the returned item?
If approved, the money will be automatically refunded to your bank account within 10 working days of receiving the goods.
